With his self-styled genre Afro-grungeAdamah blends unfiltered storytelling with a rich, multidimensional creative expression spanning music, fashion, design, and performance art. Through his work, he seeks to challenge conventions and offer new perspectives on being a young black man today. Boko Yout has become known for his dynamic live shows, where he collaborates with his bandmates — Joel Kiviaho, Kevin Stierne, Lionel Turner, and Damien Kabran.
