From Halifax, UK, The Orielles released their debut album „Silver Dollar Moment“ in 2017 and put them on the map of the UK scene immediately. Followed by „Disco Volador“ with producer Marta Salongi (Bjork, Insecure Men), and the new Longplayer „Tableu“ (Oct.2022). The band is made up of sisters Sidonie B and Esmé Dee Hand Halford on drums and bass/vox and Henry Wade on guitar. The music ranges from ESG-ish yips and funk, dreamy-arch harmonies, disco synth-pows and stoner bongos – with all that it still flows like a fountain of indie pop, fresh and catchy and altogether.
